Before Hot Studio was acquired by Facebook, Eric’s time there was a tale of two cities. Having started out in their San Francisco home, Eric got tired of the fresh air and outstanding wine and decided to move east to help grow Hot Studio’s New York office. As Director of Brand Experience, Eric created and managed design efforts for a variety of projects across multiple platforms—in addition to growing, managing and mentoring the design team. He was responsible for participating in all aspects of the business development and design lifecycle—from the initial pitch and collaborative workshops, to the user experience, creative and development stages. Clients included Google, Time Inc., Gilt Groupe, Rodale Publishing, Liquidnet, Warner Music, Cisco, eBay, Omidyar Network, LexisNexis, Ancestry.com and the YMCA.
